The Problem:
Due to policy shifts, Meta platforms were making it nearly impossible to promote www.tacticalholsters.com on the Facebook and Instagram platforms despite an aggregate following of over 800,000 users. With a need to diversify marketing channels and build equity in other areas, the company sought help from WiT Group to determine a short-term and long-term strategy for promotion and inbound lead generation to bolster online sales.
The Solution:
WiT Group determined that search advertising and organic search engine visibility were the quickest and most effective ways to immediately drive online sales for the client. With SEO typically being a long-term effort, the short-term strategies relied heavily on Google Ads, specifically Google shopping ads.

A deeper understanding of the policies surrounding advertisement for products in the firearms industry was paramount to the success of the campaign—if the campaigns were suspended, all of the effort to set them up would be wasted. Once our team had a firm grasp on the policies we were able to set up the ad account and campaigns to promote the products which fell in line with the advertising guidelines provided by Google. By updating the website code, specifically the product schema markup, we improved communication with Google for better paid & organic search visibility. We also carefully optimized product categories, descriptions, and titles to match webpage content and include important keywords.
Results and Insights

Future Growth Opportunities
G-Code Holsters enjoyed an impressive 13X ROAS in the first 3 months of investment with their newfound advertising channel. The successful implementation of Google Ads significantly impacted G-Code Holsters’ business growth and bottom line, resulting in a remarkable return on investment (ROI) of 1300%. Moving forward, our performance-based marketing agency plans to promote G-Code Holsters’ demand generation and brand awareness, as well as leveraging the success of the Google Ads campaigns to implement additional advertising platforms such as Bing, X, and more.
