It serves as the home base for Wow Factor Baseball, supporting over 30 teams locally and 400 nationally. With features like 11 full-size batting cages, lessons, rentals, and camps, Arena LKN wanted to improve its online presence. They partnered with WiT Group to redesign their website, focusing on platform migration, functionality enhancements, and a user-friendly interface through UX/UI website redesign within a tight 30-day deadline.

Despite being well-known in the baseball community, Arena LKN faced challenges with its website, including a lack of integration for scheduling lessons, reserving equipment rentals, and other services vital for engaging prospective players and families online. The previous website did not effectively showcase the facility’s full range of offerings nor provide an intuitive user experience necessary for attracting new participants and nurturing existing relationships.
