Marketing Adaptation
We refined Soft Passions Google Ads campaigns to align with user personas, focusing on the nuanced interests of both male and female customers. To address societal stigmas surrounding adult toys, particularly for male purchasers, we created promotional content to break these barriers. We continuously monitored user interactions through heat mapping and analytics, using these insights to further refine website elements and advertising strategies, ensuring ongoing optimization and effectiveness.
User Experience Enhancements
In our redesign, we paid special attention to the call-to-action (CTA) buttons, recognizing their role in guiding users toward conversion. We created visually appealing buttons with a gradient color scheme transitioning from orange to darker red and purple, making them stand out on the page. To enhance usability, we designed the buttons to grow in size and included an outer glow effect to indicate they were clickable. This design drew attention and encouraged users to take action, whether adding products to their cart or signing up for subscriptions. We also introduced easy-to-navigate categories with engaging visuals, simplifying the process of finding and purchasing products. We implemented a subscription tool offering discounts and encouraging newsletter sign-ups and repeat visits. Lastly, we developed bundled product offerings, simplifying purchasing decisions and increasing the average order value. By optimizing these elements, we significantly improved user interaction and overall conversion rates.
