Podcast Studio and Podcasting Services

Beginning in January 2024, WiT Group will launch a new podcast studio, Witcraft. The studio will be fully equipped with cameras, headsets, RODE microphones, sound-dampening foam walls, and all the trimmings of a professional podcast studio. As the first podcast studio available for rent in Columbia SC, Witcraft is expected to provide local businesses and opinionated hobbyists an avenue for recording, editing, and producing their very own podcast without the need to purchase the equipment and space that makes hosting a podcast cost-prohibitive for many.

The studio has been developed within a private office inside the WiT Group marketing agency’s office at 1122 Lady Street in downtown Columbia. Managed by WiT Group, the podcast studio will be available for rent by the hour or day, and clients will receive in-person training on the equipment and software for recording their very own podcast episodes! Rentals will be available for a limited time at $100 per hour, and Witcraft will also offer monthly memberships. In many cases, recording the audio and video of a podcast episode is only a portion of the effort needed to make a podcast successful, leaving the task of editing, producing, and syndicating the podcast as tasks many find daunting. WiT Group is proud to have partnered with several local podcasting consultants with years of experience producing successful podcasts to contribute to the services offered by Witcraft.

Witcraft is an amazing idea and provides our clients, as well as the local community, an effective and practical way to shoot video and record podcasts. We are excited to offer this service as we are to participate as clients ourselves!”

AdVice Podcast 2.0

Witcraft’s first client will be WiT Group founders Josh Mangum and Aidan Eaton’s podcast AdVice – a podcast that discusses emerging advertising trends, dispels marketing misnomers, and encourages friendly debate over a few adult beverages. AdVice began in 2020 but was quickly derailed by the global health crisis. It is with great anticipation that we re-launch this phenomenal podcast!
