Josh Mangum // Founder & CEO

Josh Mangum splits time between our Charlotte, NC, Columbia, SC, and Kannapolis, NC offices and leads business operations for the agency. Josh is considered a demand generation and inbound marketing expert with over 20 years of experience in inbound marketing. Josh’s core competencies lie in digital marketing strategy, process automation, search marketing, & performance-driven advertising. Josh founded WiT Group in 2011 as a personal consultancy and launched WiT Group as a full-service agency in 2019. Josh leads marketing strategy for the company and has developed many of the processes and tactics that have made the company so successful. Using an objective-based marketing approach, Josh helps organizations of any size reach their full potential by examining marketing objectives and tailoring strategic marketing solutions to achieve long-term company goals. He also acts as a Fractional CMO for major corporations working with our agency.

Aidan Eaton // Partner & Creative Director

Aidan Eaton, based in our Charlotte, NC office, is the Creative Director and Managing Partner at WiT Group. He leads the creative direction and strategy behind every project, aligning design, messaging, and performance with client goals. Aidan builds and manages SRMs, develops digital strategy, and oversees UX design, branding, and website development for clients across industries. He has worked on hundreds of high-profile SEO consulting and corporate website design projects, shaping how brands look, function, and convert online. Aidan’s process focuses on strategy, creativity, and measurable results, defining every project by its impact on the client’s bottom line.

Sheelah Smith // Director of accounts

Sheelah Smith, based in our Kannapolis, NC office, is the Director of Accounts at WiT Group. In this role, she works closely with the production team to ensure account success, manages key client relationships, and introduces prospective new clients to our performance-based advertising services. Sheelah plays a key role in assessing client needs, developing targeted sales strategies, and ensuring overall satisfaction.

Dave Teller // Director of Digital Marketing

Dave Teller, based in our Columbia, SC office, is the Director of Digital Marketing for WiT Group. He leads all paid advertising initiatives, managing strategy, creative direction, and performance across Google, Meta, YouTube, and other digital platforms. Dave oversees campaign setup, targeting, ad creative, and ongoing optimization for both internal and client accounts. He also develops reporting dashboards, analyzes data to refine performance, and manages client relations across the agency’s advertising portfolio. His focus on efficiency, precision, and measurable growth drives success for every campaign under his management.

Shane Sumang // Operations Manager

Shane Sumang, based in our Charlotte, NC office, is the Operations Manager for WiT Group. She oversees all internal operations, from billing and financial coordination to team organization and process management. Shane manages vendor relations, resource allocation, and daily workflow to keep every department running smoothly. She handles internal systems, contracts, and administrative logistics, supporting leadership across all divisions of the company. Her attention to detail and strong operational oversight keep projects on track, teams aligned, and the agency moving efficiently every day.

Brittany Degnan // Lead SEO & Front-End Wev Dev

Brittany Degnan, based in our Columbia, SC office, is the Lead SEO & Front-End Web Developer for WiT Group. In this role, she leads SEO strategy, copywriting, content development, and mobile-first UX design to improve performance across every digital touchpoint. Brittany manages technical, on-page, and off-page SEO, builds and optimizes site structure, schema, and conversion paths, and develops AEO and AIO strategies to strengthen visibility across both search and AI platforms. Her work connects design, development, and strategy to create fast, intuitive, and search-optimized websites built to rank and convert.

Andrei Querido/ Project Manager

Andrei Querido, based in our Charlotte, NC office, is the Project Manager for WiT Group. He manages project execution across all client accounts, coordinating between creative, web, and marketing teams to keep deliverables on track and aligned with client goals. Andrei oversees timelines, task management systems, and communication workflows to maintain clear progress and accountability. He plays a key role in translating strategy into action, tracking milestones, and keeping every campaign organized from kickoff to completion. His hands-on approach and attention to detail help ensure each project runs efficiently and delivers results.

Christian Grow // Content Director

Christian Grow, based in our Kannapolis, NC office, is the Content Director for WiT Group and Witcraft. In this role, he oversees all video and podcast production, from concept to final edit. Christian manages videography, editing, lighting, and sound for both internal social media and client advertising. He produces creative video ads, podcasts, interviews, and branded content, bringing stories to life through clean visuals and thoughtful direction. He plays a key role in making sure every frame and every episode reflects the brand and connects with the audience.

Ashley Hock Smith // Events Coordinator

Ashley Hock Smith, based at our Columbia SC office, is the Events Coordinator at WiT Group. In this role, she plans, organizes, and executes events for all the brands we manage, ensuring each event runs smoothly and aligns with our strategic goals. Ashley works closely with clients and the internal team to coordinate logistics, manage event timelines, and deliver memorable experiences. She plays a key role in creating impactful events that enhance brand visibility and foster strong client relationships.

Hilari Yeatts // Social & Email Marketing

Hilari Yeatts, based in our Kannapolis, NC office, is the Social & Email Marketing Manager for WiT Group. In this role, she manages client communication across email and social platforms, building consistent campaigns that keep each brand present and top of mind. Hilari handles scheduling, content coordination, audience engagement, and performance tracking, making sure every message delivers value. She plays a key role in connecting brands with their audience and maintaining a steady rhythm across platforms.
